Windmup® is a handcrafted camera strap studio based in Taiyuan, China. All products are made-to-order, with care and craftsmanship.
2. Product Information
We strive to present our handmade leather and rope camera straps as accurately as possible. Please note that due to the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in leather texture or color may occur. These are not defects, but a sign of authenticity.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order, including suspected bulk/reseller purchases. Your billing and shipping details must be accurate to avoid delays.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide from our workshop in China. Shipping times and rates are shown at checkout. You can review our full Shipping Policy for more details.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom-length or personalized straps are non-refundable unless defective. See our Refund Policy for full terms.

All content on this website—including text, photos, designs, and branding—is the property of Windmup® and may not be copied or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of our products, delayed shipping, or third-party platforms (e.g. payment processors or carriers). Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item.
8. Privacy
Your information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Shopify hosts our store and uses industry-standard encryption for payments.
