iPhone Street Photography 365 — Day 5: Enjoying the Morning Light
This morning, I noticed her from a distance.
She stood quietly between the columns, stretching her arms wide, tilting her face toward the sun.
The movement was slow and unforced, less like exercise and more like a private conversation with the light.
I didn’t interrupt the moment.
I waited.
Street photography often rewards patience more than speed.
Some scenes announce themselves loudly.
Others only exist for a few seconds, if you’re willing to slow down enough to notice.
She wasn’t performing for anyone.
No audience. No camera awareness.
Just a familiar routine, repeated countless mornings, carried out with calm and ease.
This is what keeps me walking every day.
One photo.
One quiet moment.
Taken with an iPhone, while letting the street move at its own pace.
