Documentary Photography

This gallery brings together photographs I made between 2001 and 2025 while working as a photojournalist in China.

Most of these images were taken outside formal assignments — in job markets, streets, waiting areas, factories, and public spaces where everyday life quietly unfolded. They are not iconic moments, but ordinary scenes shaped by work, movement, and necessity.

Rather than a chronological archive, this gallery is organized by themes and situations. Each photograph stands on its own, but together they form a long-term record of how people lived, waited, worked, and moved through rapidly changing cities.
