Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Windmup® strap. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your item.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Custom-made or personalized straps are not eligible for return unless defective.

Exchanges

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it at no extra cost or offer a full refund — your choice.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm its arrival and the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged or credited.

Gift Orders

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is approved. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for orders over $75.
