Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or custom requests, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping from our studio in Taiyuan, China. Estimated delivery times:

  • North America: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–21 business days

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Windmup® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
