This camera strap is made from a bright red 10 mm climbing rope paired with black full-grain leather ends. Simple, clean and easy to spot in a bag, it’s a straightforward strap for people who like colour without extra decoration or hardware.

The rope has a medium-soft hand feel — flexible enough to wrap or fold, but firm enough to keep its shape when worn. Each strap is built one by one in my workshop, with the leather ends cut from thicker full-grain hide and formed carefully around the joints.

Care Notes
